Due to the suspension of classes this year, we would like to simplify the content of the ECA folder.

In the annual ECA folder, you MUST include the following items:

1. A validated membership* list

2. A completed financial report

*Any member who pay the annual membership fee (if any) and at least appears once in any activity this year.

No need to submit any other reports and document this year. Please hand in the file to the ECA teacher coordinator on or before 24/6!
